REFUND POLICY

A.E. Motiwala is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our website.

This refund facility is available only through Instore visits and not through online website.

7- days Return Policy: In the unlikely event that the order delivered is in damaged condition, or otherwise, you can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice and get the refund.

You are required to report the defect within 7 days of receipt of the product either by calling us on 9821308312 or writing to us on [email protected] For the refund on the returned defective product please check the section on Refund below.

We will accept the return of only defective product and then subsequently provide for the refund. However, the refund process will be initiated only post inspection and after we get a go ahead from our QA (quality assurance) team.

Refund Charges

We will refund under those circumstances where our logistic partner has been unable to deliver the product, even after repeated efforts due to the customer's unavailability. Although while making the refund, we will deduct from the amount paid all the costs incurred by us like shipment expenses both to and fro,

How to Initiate the Refund Process?

• Customers should contact A.E. Motiwala customer support on 9821308312 or write to [email protected] within 7 days from the receipt of product.
• Should schedule a visit to our physical store located at Shop number 2 Fortune Tower,337, Near Hume High School, Sir Jamshedji Jeejeebhoy Rd, Mazgaon, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400008
• Customers should not return the product before receiving a confirmation message from us about the same.
• All the products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered and unused.
• Provide the invoice/guarantee card into the package for return process. Without the above, returns will not be processed.
• We shall process the refund once we receive the product. The product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which refund may not be possible.

NOTE: We shall not entertain any request after 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.

Eligibility : The Buy Back Policy is applicable to jewellery, solitaire diamonds, or gold coins purchased from www.aemotiwala.com.

Timing of Buy Back : Buy back can be initiated after a minimum of 14 days from the date of purchase from www.aemotiwala.com.

Methods of Buy Back : Customers can initiate the buyback process by visiting any of our physical stores.

Buyback Valuation : Our Buy Back Policy is centered on offering a fair and competitive value for your jewellery and solitaire diamonds.
The benchmark rate for valuation will be determined by the current prevailing rates of gold at the respective store where the buyback is initiated.

Terms and Conditions : The product must be returned in its original condition, accompanied by all original certificates and documents.
The customer must present a valid purchase invoice for the product being returned. Aemotiwala reserves the right to assess the product's condition and authenticity before confirming the buyback.
Any tampering or damage to the product may impact the buyback value. The buyback rate may fluctuate based on factors such as purity, weight, and quality. The final buyback value will be determined at the time of evaluation at the store.
